Co-Marketing My Designs

I have been approached by someone who wants to market horse-themed jewelry and she wants me to design and make the pieces. She will then sell them at horse shows and through on-line marketing. I am trying to decide on the best business agreement and am looking for recommendations. The only two ideas I have come up with so far are:

1) Sell the finished pieces directly to her at my wholesale cost, then she sells them retail and retains the profit.

2) Set up a consignment arrangement and split the sales (not sure what percentage...the stores I consign with take 40%), but if they don't sell, I am stuck with horse-themed inventory that probably wouldn't sell well in my market.

Any other ideas?

Thanks so much for your input!

Co-Marketing your designs NEW

Hello. I have been selling equine-themed jewelry for many years, at horse shows, consignment, etc. and it is exhausting. If you have someone who will buy from you wholesale, I'd suggest doing that in a heartbeat. Don't know when you posted, am new at this website. Best of luck.

Jewelry is a type of the ornaments that people used to wear. Especially women are keen to wear the jewelry that is of high quality. Some people make the jewelry at home, which also of good type. But people prefer to wear finished jewelry.
