Helppp!

I am only 15 years old, and I'm very busy with school and whatnot, but I make vintage style jewelry that doesn't take much time out of my schedule(wire wrapped stones, bottle cap earrings and Bobby pins,etc.). There's a cute boutique near my street, but I don't know where to begin with selling my jewelry. The jewelry will fit in there, I just don't know the legal details of my situation. Where do I go from here? Thanks a bunch:)

Inquire and set up an appointment. Tag everything and bring two receipts.

Write "priced for 25% consignment" at the bottom of the receipt along with your name, phone number and date.

Give them a copy of the receipt and ask them to sign your receipt. Their signature secures the consignment agreement.

When cashing out, bring back the original receipt and subtract what inventory remains to determine what sold. Then substract the stores percentage to determine what you are owed.

Pretty simple.

Try to find one new store per year and rotate merchandise. As time goes by, you'll learn what sells best.
