Pink Wire Weave Cuff

With this free form cuff I started with 16 gauge silver plated wire and bent it into uneven zig zags and made a spiral at each end. Then to work-harden it, I hammered the wire zigs zags and spirals, this strengthens the base and makes it more stiff. Then with 24 gauge silver plated wire I just went back and forth across the top adding beads then wrapping around the base a couple of times and continuing doing this until I am satisfied with the look.

In this pink wire weave cuff bracelet I used pink fresh water pearls, glass pearls, MOP, rose quartz, pink fire-polished crystals, floral lampwork beads and glass seed beads.

Using a variety of different size and shaped beads gives this piece a lot of texture. I love the different shades of pink, it is very feminine, sweet and romantic.
