My question is how do you sell jewelry during the slow periods? I sell to gift shops and at craft shows leading up to Christmas. My busy times are in the Fall and Spring but the Summer and Winter are very slow. Any ideas?

I think you should ask you very best frient or friends to have jewelry show at her house. Invite people that you don't know. Like coworkers and their friends. Each person that brings a frend will recieve a free piece of jewelry, youd ont have to make anything fancymaybe apin for brest cncer awearness and so on. Serve up some lemonade and cooks and there you go. Try to book other parties from each party that books. Keep track of this method and see if it works. Also offer discounts over a certain amoount spent or something like that. Have an after Christ Party some time at the end of January this is the time people start getting casbin fever and want to get out of the house. Call it the Discount days and sell off your left over jewelry etc. I hope this helps.
